No matter when you call, it's always the same recorded message, many callers tell you to do it via the homepage. But even there I've been waiting 4 days for an answer!
Absolutely disastrous experience here. At the beginning everything seemed to be fine, but when I changed my car they wanted to offer me an overpriced quote, even though it was only a 2-litre engine. After changing the vehicle, I wanted to cancel, but of course nobody was available by phone. I then wrote 5 emails and requested a cancellation twice in the customer portal, which was not answered after almost a month. And as soon as you can finally reach someone by phone after not being able to call all day ‘due to high call volume’, the employees themselves have no idea about the company's terms and conditions (e.g. 14-day right of cancellation, etc.). In the end, however, I was finally able to cancel and get my money back because I was lucky enough to reach a nice and competent employee on the phone.

Absolutely subterranean. Eternal waiting times on the phone. Nothing works online either. Still waiting for a quote today, which of course is no longer needed. Customer advisors on the phone have no idea. When you change your FC, you are offered far too high prices for the new FC (you are being ripped off or perhaps you are just clueless) if you then request a quote online, which is much cheaper with the same insurer, nothing comes. You write 3...4 e-mails to correct it...then to make a future offer. You don't get an answer. Conclusion after these experiences...everything except Elvia!

I took out insurance for my new car. I got a very reasonable price. I got very appropriate answers to my questions. They were very experienced and very helpful.
So tedious. I made an offer via the internet and wanted to know if I was really me when I asked 10 questions on the phone. And since it took me 10-15 minutes to get an insurance quote, after I said no, it's fine, I got a quote from Helvetia within 5 minutes, including a new quote. Saving 100 francs a time is not enough.
After a year I received a higher bill for no reason without being notified, as the cancellation period was 2 months I could not cancel but next year I will cancel before the bill arrives.
