I have been with Zurich Insurance for over 30 years and have had a number of problems, but I have ALWAYS received courteous, solution-orientated and friendly service.
We were dissatisfied and actually spent two hours trying to reach someone to have our car towed away.
Fast and targeted advice
When I read the good comments here, I am shocked. As an injured party, you are treated like dirt. There is no answer or direct dialling when you ask for the line manager. Of course, there is also no callback.
It worked with Zurich for years. It's only in the last six months or so that the employees only react when you threaten them with a lawyer. Then it suddenly works within a very short time!

Doesn't even deserve the one star. Treats people very badly, causes a lot of grief and annoyance. Absolutely inhumane in the area of daily sickness benefits and unable to do the job properly. The main thing is to earn a wage. Do not inform themselves about your cases and put even more obstacles in the way of customers. Absolutely not capable. The worst insurance there is in this area.
Travel insurance cancelled in Dec 21 at the end of 22. Unfortunately not registered. Was not recognised. I wrote three times and enclosed a copy of the cancellation. Today, as the climax of the sad story, the payment order. Just so sad. I never want to have anything more to do with this company and will certainly not recommend them to anyone. I hope that karma will prevail. The clerks have not responded to a single letter. I will now complain to the management. One star is still too many
Been a customer for years, never had anything. Then submitted something once and left completely hanging.
Outwardly great. When it comes to dealing with claims, they are sloppy, slow, inefficient and usually simply unavailable.
The staff at Zurich Insurance are nice and helpful.
The paintwork on my vehicle was deliberately scratched with a sharp object by a nasty neighbour. Unfortunately, the insurance company interpreted my damage as parking damage and not logically as vandalism damage, which would be insured. I don't think that's very clever. In future, I'll think about whether my car and motorbike collection is well covered by this insurance company.
I take out insurance to cover precisely this type of damage, which is why it's called INSURANCE, but with Zurich's impossible behaviour, I certainly don't need this insurance any more.
When I read some of the comments here, I'm shocked. The best insurance we've ever had! We had a car breakdown in Slovenia at 5 a.m. on the motorway with a small child. We were helped immediately, Zurich organised a hotel for us where we were accommodated until they had already organised a hire car for us 3 hours later. Everything went so quickly during the peak season, so early in the morning, so really only top! You simply can't complain about such organisation and service! We will never change again.
I've been a very satisfied customer for years! I've also had several claims, which were always dealt with quickly and in a customer-orientated manner!

I've been with Zurich Insurance for many years. I've had two claims so far and both were handled very professionally and extremely quickly and straightforwardly. A big compliment to Zurich Insurance.
At first they kept telling us we didn't have to do anything (get the licence plates) and then the day before we had to pick it up ourselves. Then they said ‘that's not offered’. What is that supposed to mean? Super unprofessional! It could have been better organised from the start. Thanks for that
