You usually only find out how reliable the insurance company is in emergency situations. In connection with an accident on holiday (fortunately I was only indirectly affected), I was no longer able to continue my holiday. Allianz understood my point of view and reimbursed me for the missed bookings on the remaining days of my holiday on a pro rata basis. I didn't have to chase anyone or provide unnecessary proof.

Catastrophic customer experience. Never again Allianz

I have been a customer for 8 years and also have a personal advisor (and a correspondingly higher premium). I have been trying to cancel my contract for weeks (as I have left Switzerland) but have been deliberately ignored by Mr Cugini. When it came to selling me insurance, Allianz was much quicker...not recommendable
