Very nice staff at axa. Professional handling.
First I didn't receive any expert information over the phone, then I was given the wrong advice at the agency and sent home, as I can only cancel in writing. Then the cancellation, which I sent by email, was lost. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this agency.
I have been trying to reach someone by phone for 2 days, but unfortunately the phone is not answered and no-one gets back to me.

Only ok if necessary
AXA as a health insurance company tries to use case management to find reasons to stop the payout against all regulations and laws. They wait and see whether the person concerned defends themselves or not. Only when a lawyer gets involved does AXA take action.
I have lost over CHF 7000 in my 3rd pillar due to dubious advice. Communication is also very slow when you call, you are connected back and forth and sometimes wait weeks for an answer.
Avoid this insurance company, I had an accident that cost CHF 1220.00, my excess was CHF 1000.00 and my bonus was cancelled because of CHF 220.00, this company is not to be recommended.....
After a vehicle damage, this great insurance company cancelled my father's insurance, although he has always paid his premiums with them for over 50 years. Bravo, keep it up!!!

I wait on hold for at least 45 minutes every time. Sometimes the call is simply ended after 30 minutes of waiting. It's really annoying!!!!
