I value my credit card with Cembra Money Bank because it is free of charge. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Top advice from application to processing, simply professional and courteous

The customer service and e-banking is terrible. I've never had so much trouble with my money. And now I read that a lot of people have the same problem. No wonder, they are all so unfriendly on the phone. They probably only have dissatisfied customers. NEVER AGAIN CEMBRA. The insults and blame from customer service were enough for me.

I called and was warmly welcomed. The customer service there is really fantastic! After the phone call I was immediately in a good mood.

Tried twice this week to reach Cembra each time unsuccessfully once waited 40min nobody answered!!! Today I waited 2 hours and a half and nobody answered!!! How is something like this possible?

I have to praise Cembra Money Bank AG and especially my advisor Mrs P. Berset. I am always greeted very friendly on the phone, have very pleasant conversations and always receive very good advice! It is really highly recommended. I have been a customer of Cembra Money Bank AG for a while now and have never been disappointed.

Alleged invoices are only sent by obscure means. And after two weeks there is a hefty reminder fee without any prior information. In addition, customer service is virtually unreachable. Sadly, the whole sap shop is not reputable at all.

The only good thing is that the card is free. But Cembra Money Bank already knows how to get rich. I've certainly been with them for 10 years because of the Migros credit card and the very first time I forgot to pay, they charged me CHF 30 in reminder fees!!! 😤😡 Where's the gratitude that you've always paid on time for years? And now I'm having a difficult time and have just forgotten for the 2nd time in years and again 30 francs!!!! I am glad that Migros has changed its partner and that I will soon be rid of Cembra.

I am thrilled! I've never had any problems with my credit card and if I have any questions, customer service is always very friendly and competent.

Dear cembra team, I have been a customer of yours for years and have always been satisfied and can only thank you for the service. An increase was possible at any time and after appropriate calculation of course. I can therefore speak from personal experience and in no way understand the negative reviews recorded here.

Never again Cembra!!! Was accused by customer service of making up stories to pay less. Although I have only called twice, I should not contact them every time. After all, it was my fault if I was in arrears and there was no need to discuss it. I just wanted to ask how the costs are broken down. And I don't understand why they tell me on the first phone call that we'll send an adjusted invoice and then the reminder suddenly gets higher on the second invoice. The reminders come every 14 days. And the final statement costs 120fr. Never again Cembra Money Bank.
