This company should not provide services in Switzerland.
I sent a 3 rd part of a bill and they alocated the amount to another small bill , explaining after 9 emails that I’ve sent the bank transfer ( send photo ) . After that I sent another amount to solve the error they made and they kept it to next small bill . They put the bill not totally solved and send it to intrum which has all photos and also say I didn’t pay ! I’ve all documents and never have any permission to transfer amounts between bills .
I’ve tried for 1 month solve it maybe it’s time to go to make a complain about difamation.
Horrible services and deny they have made an error ! Avoid this people 1000%

They sent the final Bill for the takover of my leased car, which, 13 days after I had paid, they had still not released the vehicle online for the carte grise to be changed by the Office d'automobile. After a long queuing at the office to no avail, it proves that the telephone number on the Bill is wrong, as is their website reference. It was impossible to find away to call them. Scary, very scary to be confronted with a bank performing as a ghost. Shame on Cembra and Pictet for allowing suchnonchalance in their Customer relations

Terrible customer service for personal loans. There is no online option available to check any details of the loan, check statements, balance etc. The only option is to phone the rather rude customer service team and if you want a statement they will charge you 25 CHF to post one!!! Absolutely shocking business practice in 2024 to not have a secure customer site available.

Everything worked perfectly, no problems at all. Best of all, we were able to pay off the balance a few months early at no extra cost. We are pleasantly surprised and would choose Cash Gate again in an emergency. Many thanks for the 20K we needed at short notice. Top

The customer service and e-banking is terrible. I've never had so much trouble with my money. And now I read that a lot of people have the same problem. No wonder, they are all so unfriendly on the phone. They probably only have dissatisfied customers. NEVER AGAIN CEMBRA. The insults and blame from customer service were enough for me.

Tried twice this week to reach Cembra each time unsuccessfully once waited 40min nobody answered!!! Today I waited 2 hours and a half and nobody answered!!! How is something like this possible?

I have to praise Cembra Money Bank AG and especially my advisor Mrs P. Berset. I am always greeted very friendly on the phone, have very pleasant conversations and always receive very good advice! It is really highly recommended. I have been a customer of Cembra Money Bank AG for a while now and have never been disappointed.

Alleged invoices are only sent by obscure means. And after two weeks there is a hefty reminder fee without any prior information. In addition, customer service is virtually unreachable. Sadly, the whole sap shop is not reputable at all.

The only good thing is that the card is free. But Cembra Money Bank already knows how to get rich. I've certainly been with them for 10 years because of the Migros credit card and the very first time I forgot to pay, they charged me CHF 30 in reminder fees!!! 😤😡 Where's the gratitude that you've always paid on time for years? And now I'm having a difficult time and have just forgotten for the 2nd time in years and again 30 francs!!!! I am glad that Migros has changed its partner and that I will soon be rid of Cembra.

I needed to get some information about my lease quickly, the employee was extremely friendly and efficient. It only took 1 minute and I was done. Excellent service!
