The worst bank I even encountered - even compared to the third world!!
Not reliable, the consultant stay there on average 2 weeks and run away, so you never get to have the same consultant...
They allow themselves to block your account without reason without any notification and there is no-one to talk to... unbelievable something like this can exist in Switzerland!

I booked a counselling appointment because I am not satisfied with my current bank. Mrs Leku welcomed me in a friendly and open manner and answered all my questions. If I need advice again in the future or have any concerns, I will visit this Migros Bank again as a new customer and bank account holder.

Oh dear, the opening hours are a disaster! You practically have to take the morning off so that you can go to the counter. And then the branch is closed every other day.... The deposit function doesn't work every time either. Bloody tedious! Going into the city centre doesn't help either, because the opening hours there are just as stupid. Too bad about the lost customer contact. You can't replace everything digitally, as hoped.

MISERABLE - 4 people wait outside the door for a personal consultation, but even after 20 minutes of waiting, the branch is closed. There are few branches anyway...

Opening hours are a disaster. And this in all branches in the city. Yes, I also have online banking, but certain transactions are only possible in person. Do I have to take time off work every time?

Great service with the advice and when setting up a gift account. Everything was very friendly and uncomplicated. Questions about investment advice were also dealt with directly and competently! We were very satisfied!

I sent the application for the new Cumulus credit card to MB by post over a month ago. It's practically impossible to get a member of staff on the phone. If you do manage to get through, the person can't give you any information about the application. Super bad customer service

Staff and opening hours a disaster. Wanted to change CHF into euros. I asked for the current exchange rate. They couldn't even tell me correctly. In the past, you could at least see the current exchange rate on the ATM. But customers are increasingly being made fools of.....

I went to this branch for the first time over a month ago. I wanted to open an account. All the staff were busy - I was given a form which I immediately filled in and sent in. I still haven't received an IBAN, let alone my EC card. Several phone calls and personal interviews only wasted my time - each time I ended up knowing just as much as before. ‘They can't speed up internal processes and I should receive the documents in the next few days.’ I've been hearing this for over two weeks now. If you're thinking about opening an account here, be aware that it can take over a month - so for most people the question has probably been answered.

After various experiences with large Swiss banks, my aim was to choose a cooperative bank, as I was hoping for low fees and a certain fairness towards customers. I also didn't want to support the big banks with their excessive bonuses, so I chose Migros Bank. Unfortunately, my experience was a disappointment, as even the smallest requirements turned out to be complicated. Even several years after my move, the bank failed to assign me a local account manager despite repeated (written and telephone) reminders. Furthermore, I was charged custody account fees for several years, although this custody account has no longer been visible in Ebanking for 2 years and I have increasingly ordered it to be closed. The bank is also not suitable for trading (min. CHF 40 fees per transaction), where other banks do much better. And the 3a interest rates are also higher at many other banks. My conclusion: not recommended.

These opening hours are arbitrary and don't work at all. Sometimes open on working days, sometimes closed. I don't see any concept behind it.

Too bad, I was there three times and each time I was told that none of the clerks were available to open an account and that they were all busy with customers (unfortunately it didn't seem that way to me). It was not possible to arrange an appointment? I was referred to the unsatisfactory online on-boarding process, which didn't work for us the evening before - I would have liked more customer-orientation (making an appointment). The reception was friendly.

CHF 540 was deducted from my youth savings account because a single letter could not be delivered due to a move. The letter in question was the account statement that you receive from the bank every year in December. So it wasn't even anything important that would have required me to contact them. My brother also had a youth savings account with Migros Bank and reported the move. So not even the slightest effort was made to make contact, but 540 francs were taken directly from a youth savings account. An absolute cheek.
