I don't understand these companies, be it for credit cards or for credits/loans. Not even with Cashgate. Can customer service be any less friendly? I don't think so. Cashgate is so cheeky and unsympathetic that it almost hurts.

If you want to wait two months for a loan as well as a contact centre that takes a zero approach to the customer, then you've come to the right place.

I've been with cashgate since 2017 with a lease. And now with a loan. I am very happy with Cashgate. For example: I couldn't pay my leasing instalment for a month, I called Cashgate and a very nice employee, showed full understanding for my situation, and offered me a reminder stop, and I could pay the leasing instalment next month. All I can say is TOP!!!

You write that you want to be better. I am Swiss, grew up here, went to school here, have a permanent job, completed three apprenticeships and have no debt collection or have never had any debt collection - credit application rejected. What do you have to fulfil to get it approved? I think it's a cheek!

Absolutely cheeky phone calls. 0 tolerance and goodwill! By no means solution-orientated. Prejudices are thrown at you through the window. If you ask the right questions, they come after you with personal aspects because they don't have the right answer. Demands for the supervisor are rejected. Totally mistrained staff. Telephone soldiers as they say. I hope this is seen by a higher authority who doesn't just go to work for the pay. Take better care of the people who bring you bread!!!

One star is actually still too much for cashgate. Very unfriendly, unmotivated and no idea what it's all about but then they get cheeky. We will definitely change our leasing, we do not support something like that!

Esteemed Cashgate team, I have been a customer of yours for years and have always been satisfied and can only thank you for the service. An increase was of course possible at any time and after appropriate calculation. I can therefore speak from personal experience and in no way understand the negative reviews recorded here.

11 min waiting time on the phone no answer

Poor customer service. Contract is not explained! Demotivated employees. I would give 0 stars if I could!

I needed to get some information about my lease quickly, the employee was extremely friendly and efficient. It only took 1 minute and I was done. Excellent service!

Long wait on the phone, several weeks waiting for documents. Nobody gets in touch, mails are not answered etc. Definitely no more leasing with you!!!

Unfortunately no feedback for over 2 weeks. Waited several times longer than 30 minutes on hold in vain for an answer to my calls. Status: still no answer.
