Unfortunately, you can't reach anyone after half an hour. I can't do anything with internal guidelines either, as the exact reasons are not clear to me and another solution could certainly be offered. Better customer service would be very desirable

Can't confirm the negative comments. I applied for my loan online here. Every step was well explained, online ID, no debt enforcement extract necessary, fast and uncomplicated processing compared to other providers.

I get a quote online on Sunday, ok, so far so good. On Monday, I call Bobfinance and ask whether a loan is possible without paying off the existing loan from the third-party bank, before collecting all the documents and submitting a loan application. They assure me that yes, it is possible. But then, after I have submitted the application and pointed out in the application that I do not want to redeem the existing loan, I receive an offer with redemption. Then I write again, I don't want a redemption and ask how much Bobfinance would offer me without redemption, but I only get a short answer, an offer is only available with a contract redemption of the existing loan.

Can I now recommend bob finance? Really uncomplicated and professional approach! I am very grateful

More times asked if there is a reason for the cancellation, other than my nationality... she just writes the answer in French as a joke... No seriousness in customer service. Too bad

If you want a loan with bob finance, they are on the ball... but as soon as you have questions or concerns, you don't get an advisor or you have to call X times without success! Weak...

Fast processing. Information about individual steps was clear and well communicated. Authentication of the ID also possible online, for example. Payout was on time.

I was a loyal customer of BOB Finance for a long time, but that's over now !!!! I still had a credit balance from my loan. In the end I had to threaten that I would receive my money. It's a shame that you have to resort to such means !!!! We borrowers always have to pay our instalments on time otherwise there's a reminder but if it's different you can wait and wait and wait. I have completely lost confidence NEVER AGAIN BOB FINANCE !!!!!!!

Communication with customer service is very difficult. They don't answer the phone or reply to emails.

I've been trying to get in touch for 10 days now, but I can't get an answer either in writing or by phone. Even though I have submitted all the requested documents. I am a PostFinance customer and find this behaviour really very sad.

Take a week's holiday if you intend to contact this company by phone. If you're lucky, someone will answer the phone after about 50 minutes, otherwise you'll probably be out of luck and have to wait a few hours the next day.

At the 2nd attempt and after asking, it worked. so far so good therefore only 4 stars, this still needs to be improved. Communication friendly but not very fast. I wasn't in a hurry as it was a replacement. Conditions are really great. Thank you very much

Tried to reach customer service today 25.7.23 at 14.30 by phone. Nobody answered after 30 minutes, gave up. I received a written reply via the contact form on the same day. Thank you very much

After two emails went unanswered, I contacted customer service by phone. After 15 minutes on hold, the call was ended. I'm not sure if anyone really works there!

After more than a year, I received a payment order for a contract that I had long since cancelled (confirmed in writing by email from Bob Finance)! I then contacted them by email but never received a reply and now a few weeks later I have received a notice of seizure!!! I could puke!!! I want immediate feedback from you!
