Top advice from application to processing, simply professional and courteous

Very poor and incompetent service! Long waiting times for the contract! Contradictory statements from every employee, of course he/she is never responsible. And they don't even identify themselves by name! Run away and go to a reputable bank and ask for a loan, dirty CS company!

I have been a satisfied customer of Bank-now for a long time. I recently contacted my customer advisor by e-mail. A short time later, Mrs Arikoglu called me. She was very friendly, as always. She took my request and informed me about the options the next working day. Super prepared and very competent, as always. After checking my details, she sent me my contract documents shortly. Dear Mrs Arikoglu, thank you very much for the friendly, competent and speedy handling of my enquiry. Always happy to return.

Worst bank with the most incompetent and unfriendly employees. They are all very cheeky, don't deal with any problems and put everything off until the next day. Banknow = rubbish

People who can't find a better job elsewhere probably work at Bank Now. Unprecedentedly poor customer service, which shocks me that a bank can even afford this. They don't even deserve to call themselves a "bank", I'm really lost for words! Well, it's obviously part of Credit Suisse, and this now disastrous bank (unfortunately) no longer deserves the name "Suisse"! Better go to Raiffeisen or Kantonalbank, they still know how to treat customers properly.

One star is actually too many for bank now. Very unfriendly, unmotivated and no idea what it's all about but then they get cheeky. We will definitely change our leasing, we do not support something like this!

shameful financial institution!!! we have had a loan for 4 years, have paid it on time every month, now it has not triggered an instalment so that i received a payment reminder with 40fr reminder fees. i called and asked for goodwill, but they insist on the 40fr fees. absolute impudence because of one time. rip-off company. we will never be customers with you again.

Long wait on the phone, several weeks waiting for documents. Nobody gets in touch, emails are not answered etc. Definitely no more leasing with you!!!

Unfortunately no feedback for over 2 weeks. Waited several times longer than 30 minutes on hold in vain for an answer to my calls. Status: still no answer.
