I wonder how can they get so high rating. We were insured with them for 4 years and almost nothing went right. Every invoice was discussion, where they tried to do not pay or to pay less tgen they should. Disaster inurer.
Dont be fooled by the high score. CSS has the worst customer service I have ever ecperienced
I strongly disagree , this insurance is doing bad games with fraudulent claims like sending second last call' to pay bill that were not paid according to them , when in reality i am on a pay roll with my substituted city pension plan, they know it and I truly never received the first bill to begin with, besides they should contact the institution from where they received my payments in the first place and they refuse to send urgent matters by email only strictly by regular mail and if someone is out of the country they don't care, they then just ignite the pay order without prior call or urgent email so to get you bad credit , totally insane wicked insurance company, watch out if they got you on their shitlist' they will play mean games with you for real! Never even consider getting insurance with css.
