I cancelled my and my son's insurance with Helsana in April. A few weeks later, I received a letter stating that my son had been registered for complementary health insurance, which I had never signed up for. I wrote to Helsana to cancel it but never heard back. Then I noticed that they were automatically deducting the payments for that insurance from my bank account, which I never authorised (I assume they were using the authorisation I had given back when I was a client). I wrote to Helsana several times until, finally, in August they confirmed it had been cancelled. But then I received an invoice for September! It has been a never-ending saga that has still not been resolved. Stay away!

This office has competent and friendly staff. In general, Helsana contracts are available in English and are uploaded to the Helsana portal. They are way less picky on Zusatzversicherungen than others.

Overall, I am satisfied with the services provided by Helsana. But the switchboard is a disaster. With this waiting time I can prepare my lunch two or three times. I think it's a real shame. Otherwise the advice is very competent and friendly, hence 4 out of 5 stars.

Common and systematic false invoicing. No respect for their customers. Not recommended, not recommended, to be avoided.

Attention: the sports funding is only paid per year and per subscription. This means that multi-year subscriptions are no longer supported after the first year.

The terrible attention is already the second time that I go to the offices because I tried to contact through the Helsana application and it is out of service. So I go directly to the office and two ladies attend me. one tries to fix something and the other simply refuses to change my insurance model. Despite the fact that helsana told me that I could do it now before February. All they want is to sell insurance and then help the customer or some confusion for that zero!
