The worst healthcare company in Switzerland doesn't pay all our bills, even though we pay 470 francs every month. However, we receive bills that we have to pay at our own expense, which is very bad.
I have called twice on a Friday and there is always no answer, or they tell me they will call me back, but nobody answers. Every time I call and press number 3 for Italian, they answer me in German. Sometimes you press the button to be called back and nobody calls you back. What can I say then? One star for me
Bottomless customer service, always following up 10 times if you want to know something. Unless it's about a contract, then they're on the spot within seconds
It's terrible what goes on there... after moving house I no longer get any bills, I call, they blame me for not reporting the move... I've redirected my address, I get all my mail but not the visana mail ... then i change my address by phone and ask for the bills... again nothing... i ask for them in writing by email... again nothing... three months later the bills arrive individually and a cancellation of the supplementary insurance...
