I told them to charge from my bank account but they keep sending me tickets and charging me crazy amounts of money for bein late or they keep charging me for things I didn't ask, I call them all the time but they never do anything about it.

You have really slowed down a lot. Maybe since the corona crisis, but please get your things back under control. Invoices and documents that can't be found even though you have them or should have them, false statements, incompetent information. And I also hear this from others and even from doctors. Really tedious...

I was in hospital for 3 months with no income and contacted concordia to say that I needed a break for 2 or 3 months, had no money and no income and received 3 or 4 reminders a week and debt collection orders for overdue payments worth 60 francs! You steal from me even when I tell you that I was in hospital! It won't stay that way

Good health insurance

Unfortunately, health insurance is not the cheapest thing in Switzerland. Overall, they were very friendly and helpful. They are also easy to contact at any time. I would have no problem recommending this company to others.

There were some billing problems due to misunderstandings, but Necdet B managed to sort everything out with Concordia's claims department. As a foreigner here in Zurich, it's a relief to have someone like Necdet who is empathetic and speaks English!

Enquiries by email are not answered, the telephone is rarely or never picked up. And you don't need to write letters either as they never arrive, even if they are registered. Neither customer- nor solution-orientated, and I've had patience since September, so that says it all.
