We have been with ÖKK for years and have never had any problems. ÖKK was always informed by e-mail, post or telephone when it was necessary, but the employees are not able to record this information properly, send a confirmation anyway and a few days later an impertinent letter arrives. I would never take out voluntary health insurance with this company again.

I am very satisfied with ÖKK. Great service and a very competent advisor. During the consultation, they really paid attention to what kind of insurance cover I wanted and didn't just sell me something. They take time for you.

It's terrible what goes on there... after moving house I don't get any more bills, I call them, they reproach me for not reporting the move... I have redirected my address, I get all my mail but not from ökk ... then I make a change of address by phone and ask for the bills... again nothing... I ask for them in writing by email... again nothing... three months later the bills arrive individually and a cancellation of the additional insurance...
